The current standard for bodyweight-adjusted comparison. More accurate than Wilks at extreme bodyweights. 400+ is competitive at national level.
IPF GLP
Used by IPF for their Goodlift ranking system. Replaced Wilks in official IPF competition in 2019. Competition-type specific.
Wilks 2
Updated version of the original Wilks formula with improved accuracy across bodyweight classes.
Wilks
The original bodyweight coefficient formula. Still widely used for gym totals and informal comparisons. 400+ is considered strong club-level.
